I was invited by an agency to contribute to a proposed website revamp for a premium retail banking offering. Base designs were provided by the agency; my role focused on experience strategy, content hierarchy, and UX logic within a regulated financial context.

Through competitor analysis, I reframed the experience around three core customer value drivers: Time, Comfort, and Goals and used these to guide information architecture, messaging priority, content and page flow.

This work demonstrates how I approach early-stage, ambiguous problems: clarifying value, reducing cognitive load, and translating premium positioning into clear, decision-led digital experiences.
